1. License

By purchasing Fast Unicorn ("the Product"), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code for building your own projects, subject to the plan you purchased.

• The Pony (Basic): license for one (1) commercial project.
• The Full Unicorn: license for unlimited commercial projects.

2. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code in any form — including as a competing template or boilerplate product.
• You may not create derivative templates or "starter kits" based on this product for sale or free distribution.

3. Ownership

The Product remains the intellectual property of its creators. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the underlying code or design.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Product, contact us at the support email listed on our website and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Updates

Both plans include lifetime access to updates published to the repository. We reserve the right to change the scope of future updates at any time, but existing functionality will not be removed.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
