1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Fast Unicorn (the "Product"): a commercial source-code template and starter project for building web applications, including integrations such as Next.js, tRPC, Prisma, NextAuth, Stripe, Resend, and related tooling as described on this website and in our documentation.

By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product’s source code for unlimited commercial projects, including client work.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or publicly share the Product’s source code or substantial excerpts as a template, boilerplate, course material, or competing starter kit (free or paid).
• You may not use the Product to create derivative template products or "starter kits" based on our codebase for sale or broad public distribution.
• You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices where they exist in the materials we provide, or misrepresent authorship of the Product.

4. Ownership

The Product and related branding remain our intellectual property. Your license grants rights to use the materials for building your applications — not ownership of the underlying code, assets, or trademarks beyond what is expressly licensed here.

5. Delivery, repository access, and updates

Access to the Product is delivered as described at checkout (for example private repository access or downloadable materials). Unless stated otherwise on the purchase page:

• Your purchase includes access to updates we publish for the Product.

6. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through community Discord. Support does not constitute custom development, guaranteed response times, or an SLA unless agreed in writing.

7. Third-party services

The Product integrates with third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and Resend for email). You are responsible for your own accounts, fees, compliance, and configuration of those services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.

8. Refund policy

Because the Product is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing what you purchased, contact us at fast.unicorn@hotmail.com and we will work in good faith to resolve access. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Product.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
